1. How do I qualify for a GATE Franchise?
Once we receive a filled CONTACT FORM, you will be contacted by our office to set up an introductory meeting. Upon acceptance, you will be emailed a GATE Franchising Application to fill and submit to our office.
2. What are the educational requirements?
In the province of Ontario, You must be a licensed Sales Representative and working for at least 2 years before you qualify to write a Broker examination. Only a licensed Broker can become a Broker of Record. If you are currently a Broker, you are qualified to become a Franchisee. Please contact your local regulatory body for any changes or updates.
3. How much investment is required?
Investment varies from suburbs to cities. Our Franchise development team can assist you in search, based on the areas of your preference. A complete Disclosure will be provided on the investment requirement.
